by RadioRabbler | News

New Music Added recently to the WGOT Music Library

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts debuted a new track featured in her
recent documentary, “Bad Reputation”. As far as interesting life stories
go, you really can’t top Joan Jett’s. She started as a teenage guitarist
for the punk/glam band the Runaways, ended up producing the first album
by the legendary Germs and then embarked on a lengthy solo career that as
you can tell from the track below – “Fresh Start” is far from over.

Masked Intruder has a new track, “Please Come Back To Me” from their upcoming album, “III”.  Masked Intruder recruited lead producer/engineer Roger Lima (who also plays bass in Less Than Jake) as well as co-producer Mike Kennerty (who plays guitar in
The All-American Rejects) and recorded the album at Lima’s studio, The Moat House right here in Gainesville, Florida. Masked Intruder were also one of the headliners for the city’s annual “Fest” this past October where they played the Main Stage
on Bo Diddley Plaza before thousands of fans!

Spiral Stairs and “Hyp-No-Tized” from their forthcoming album, “We Wanna Be Hyp-No-Tized” to be released next month. Spiral Stairs is the project of Scott Kannberg, a founding member of the classic indie rock band Pavement.

New music from London, England!  A new a band called “Supercaan” and “The Bull” from their forthcoming debut album to be released next month.
