The RPMH presents a diverse blend of musical genres for the perennial adventurer in all of us! Current artists working in ambient, country, folk, rock, and alt-everything find a way to mix into an enjoyable hour of music hand-picked by host HR Gertner. A direct reflection of HR’s wide tastes and voracious hunger for new music, the RPMH mostly focuses on music released within the last year.

The RPMH is simply music to listen to while riding a red pony…whatever that means to you! Tune in, turn it up, sit back, and enjoy!

Airs: Mondays at 12pm, Fridays at 4pm, and Saturdays at 6pm

    Hello, HR: I was listening to your show on Friday, March 16 and heard a great song and group. I didn’t catch the title or the group name, but the lyrics went something like this:
    “The newspaper said, there’s trouble ahead, there’s gonna be a great big war. The newspaper said, we all could be dead, there’s gonna be a great big war…” Lots of drum, a funky sax break, whistles..a raw sound. Can you help me out? Thanks.
